"First of all, the chap rang straight away on Saturday afternoon (I paid and it was cheaper than Boilerjuice where I normally order from) and arranged to deliver on Wednesday which was brilliant as I expected the order not to be picked up until Monday, normal trading hours. That was good and delivering in a few days was also good. I had left a description of the bungalow on the WhichOilSupplier site, which I thought was quite good and there are only 12 houses in West Fleetham. I do not think the delivery man had been given those directions other than the postcode as he rang to ask which was our bungalow and he did not say he was delivering oil! He simply said that he was at West Fleetham, which bungalow is it? As the bungalow is let weekly on a holiday basis, my husband thought the call was from this week's holidaymakers and proceeded to tell the man all details of how to get into the house and where all the heating controls etc. were! After a few minutes confusion, everything was sorted so no real problem but if my son had been at home alone, there well could have been. Could you just make sure the tanker driver receives the directions please? Other than that, very pleased. Thank you"
